On 25th & 26th January 2022, EuroCham is hosting a 2-day training course on "Mastering Negotiation", at FACTORY Phnom Penh.
The success of a company is largely defined by its ability to negotiate favourable deals successfully and consistently. Almost all roles today require negotiation, whether it is to broker a favourable deal for your company, carry through a successful sale, or ask for a well-deserved salary raise/promotion.
It is therefore critical that modern professionals and businesses possess savvy negotiating skills to compete in today’s international marketplace.
During this course, you will learn the fundamental theories behind negotiation and deal-making. You will learn how to understand the goals and objectives of those you negotiate with, and to propose mutually beneficial deals. Additionally, you will learn how to develop trust with your business partners and colleagues. In turn, these skills will allow you to become more confident in conducting negotiations during your daily work.
